Role Overview
As a Barista at The White Lion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members. Precision, consistency, and excellent customer service are at the heart of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages consistently.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Ensure beverages meet high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
Greet members warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments via POS.
Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
Maintain a clean, organised coffee station and seating area at all times.
Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies as needed.
Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Requirements
Must be 18–26 years old (Female).
Passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and confidence handling cash and card transactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.

Have prior barista or hospitality experience.
Have knowledge of coffee preparation methods and milk texturing.
