Role Overview
As a Budtender at The White Lion, you will be the welcoming face of our private members club. Your role is to connect with members, share your knowledge of our curated cannabis selections and mocktails, and guide each guest toward products that best suit their individual needs and preferences.
This position is all about creating an engaging, informative, and comfortable experience that reflects the pride, professionalism, and culture of The White Lion. Full training and educational courses are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome members warmly and provide exceptional, personalised service.
Recommend cannabis products, wellness items, and mocktails based on member preferences.
Educate members on cannabis strains, effects, and wellness benefits (training provided).
Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
Assist with daily operations, including restocking and inventory checks.
Contribute to sales targets and overall team goals.
Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and proactively.
Communicate clearly with colleagues and management regarding inventory, equipment, or feedback.
Key Requirements
- Must be 18–26 years old (Female).
- Strong communication skills; professional and approachable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented with a confident, friendly demeanour.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Basic math skills and confidence handling cash and card transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Are outgoing, stylish, and confident with people.
Have prior bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Have knowledge of mixology, garnishing, or mocktail preparation.
Are curious and eager to learn about products, flavours, and trends.
